Villa Necchi
Year:2025Location:Lake Como, ItalyProject type:Hospitality
An abandoned 19th-century villa in the hills above Lake Como, brought back to life. Twenty-seven rooms, each holding its own original wall paintings, are being carefully recovered alongside the surrounding garden.
Our scope spans concept and color recovery, interior architecture, interior design, furnishing and decoration – a full restoration that honors the villa’s history while preparing it for its next chapter.
