The building spans eight floors and includes 21 apartments, offering a variety of layouts from 1 to 4 bedrooms, along with premium amenities such as a wellness area featuring an indoor swimming pool and inviting outdoor spaces.

Quiet Studios has been appointed to curate the interior architecture and design of this bold new development. Our role encompasses concept development and vision, as well as the technical design and curation of all interior specifications, including the intricately designed renders that bring the project to life. The apartments have been thoughtfully designed to set the tone for the entire scheme, featuring a model apartment that showcases furnishing, art curation, and bespoke kitchen and bathroom designs.

Moreover, the material palette has been carefully selected to create a cohesive and welcoming environment that aligns with the project’s overall vision. By incorporating a blend of natural and contemporary materials—such as wood, glass, white concrete, bright marble, and dark stone ceramic tiles—Quiet Studios aims to craft spaces that exude both elegance and warmth, ensuring residents enjoy a truly exceptional living experience.
