The Singular Properties

The Singular Properties are contemporary concrete villas defined by a bold architectural language. Our design approach ought to preserve the purity and strength of this architecture while introducing bespoke finishes that bring warmth, texture, and contrast to the raw concrete structure.

Natural materials play a central role throughout the villas. Elements such as raw wood, dark wood, and warm, earthy tones were carefully selected to soften the architectural rigor and create a tactile, welcoming atmosphere. Every texture found within the residences is natural, reinforcing a deep connection to authenticity and material honesty.

An eclectic yet balanced mix of finishes and details was curated room by room, with a strong focus on human scale and comfort. Each space was thoughtfully designed to feel intimate and inviting, while maintaining a distinct character that contributes to the overall identity of the project.

This meticulous, bespoke approach reflects our commitment to singularity, an essential value that defines and differentiates the brand within the Azores. Custom carpentry was designed exclusively for the residences, drawing inspiration and continuity from our previous work at The White Hotel, creating a subtle and meaningful link between the two projects.
